Terms Conditions

As a travel agent, we have some terms and conditions for our convenience, as bellow:

  • First party is our customer.
  • Second party is Parahita Tour.
  • Third party is VENDOR (such as, Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism object, transport).

BOOKING

  • First party will make an order to the second party via our website, telephone call, or our social media.
  • All booking will be verified by second party about the availability for the third party.
  • If the second party get confirmation from the third party so the second party will send the confirmation and invoice to the first party.
  • The first party have to pay all invoice from second party based on condition :
    • If using airline ticket, bus :
      • Payment for airline tickets is 100% ful in advance.
      • Payment for tour package is 50% when you arrived.
      • Balance payment 50% when you arrived or 75% in advance and 25% when you arrived.
    • If not using airline ticket :
      • Payment for tour package is 50% in advance.
      • Balance payment 50% when you arrived.
    • Jika hanya sewa kendaraan :
      • Payment tour package 30% in advance.
      • Balance payment on the first day tour.

CANCELATION

All cancelation has consequence and it it responsisibility of fisrst of first party

  • Cancellation of the day, all deposite will be gone and 1st party have to pay all the rest of payment and can not be refundable.
  • Cancellation 3 days before, all paid payment can not be refundable.
  • Cancellation 7 days before, all paid payment will be charged 70% and will be refunded 30%.
  • Cancellation 20 days before, all paid payment wil be charged 50% and will be refunded 50%.
  • Cancellation 60 days before, all paid payment wil be charged 25% and will be refunded 75%.
  • Cancellation for airline ticket / bus will be gone and can not be refundable based on vendor’s terms.

FORCE MAJEURE

No one expects for disaster or other obstacle that disturb your trip, but as a travel agent we have some clause

  • Airline ticket : If the airline has cancelled or delayed flights due to a natural disaster, it’s considered an event that is out of their control and the airline will have a policy providing compensation for cancellation or delay in this case.
  • Hotel : If you are not able to arrive in your destination area because of flight cancellation, Parahita tour will try to ask for refundable to the hotel and based on hotel policy.
  • Tourism object: Parahita will try to change the object that is similar with the same amount, but if the disaster come before you come we will refund all the paid payment for tourism object.

Musim Liburan

Seluruh property Pihak Ketiga yang bekerja sama kepada Pihak Kedua memiliki musim dan periode tersendiri dalam menentukan harga, namun kami akan merangkum musim periode sesuai standart umum. Untuk detail informasi musim periode pada property tersebut kami sarankan anda untuk menghubungi kami untuk detail lanjut.

  • LOW SEASON : 11 Januari – 30 Juni, 1 September – 19 Desember
  • HIGH SEASON : 1 Juli – 31 Agustus, H-7 Lebaran – H+7 Lebaran
  • PEAK SEASON : 20 Desember – 10 Januari

Compulsory Dinner

Ini adalah program gala dinner wajib yang haris di ambil oleh Pihak Pertama yang di buat oleh Pihak Kedua dalam hal ini Hotel/ Villa/ Apartement/ Bungalow karena Pihak Pertama menginap pada property mereka pada periode TAHUN BARU CHINA, LEBARAN, NATAL, TAHUN BARU.

Pada periode ini Pihak Ketiga akan menyiapkan malam gala dinner dengan suguhan entertain khusus dan Pihak Pertama diwajibkan membeli paket gala dinner ini sesuai dengan jumlah orang yang terdapat pada kamar tersebut.

Namun tidak seluruh property menerapkan kebijakan ini. Hubungi kami untuk informasi lebih lanjut hotel mana saja yang menerapkan kebijakan ini.

CONSUMER DATA

  • Second party would not share the first party’s data to other.
  • All transaction for second party will be noted on internal server that will be accessed through local connection and not connected to the internet.
  • Customer Data who pay via credit card online will not be saved and will be deleted for safety of first party.

Enkripsi data

  • Situs kami telah dilengkapi dengan layanan ekripsi data yang kami percayakan kepada pihak Comodo SSL yang bertugas melakukan ekripsi data atau pengamanan data, guna menjamin keamanan data anda saat mengunjungi situs kami.
  • Layanan ini akan kami perpanjang secara berlaka setiap setahun sekali.
